1. Welcome to the Arcade!

SnackPlays is a service provided by RayLabs Pte. Ltd., a Singapore company. By playing games on SnackPlays (snackplays.com), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, that's okay – but you'll miss out on some pretty fun games! These terms are designed to keep things fair and fun for everyone.

2. The Games

SnackPlays offers quick, casual browser games that are:

• Currently free to play (we may add ads in the future)
• Designed to be completed in 1-3 minutes
• Playable without creating an account
• Family-friendly and suitable for most ages

We may add, modify, or remove games at any time. Your high scores are safe though – they're stored on your device!

3. House Rules

To keep SnackPlays fun for everyone:

DO:

• Play fair and have fun
• Choose appropriate gamertags
• Share your achievements (brag a little!)
• Report bugs if you find them

DON'T:

• Use cheats, hacks, or exploits
• Choose offensive or inappropriate gamertags
• Attempt to manipulate leaderboards
• Try to break or overload our servers
• Scrape or copy our games without permission

4. Your Gamertag

Your gamertag is your identity on SnackPlays. Keep it clean and fun! We reserve the right to remove inappropriate gamertags from leaderboards. You can change your gamertag anytime – it's stored locally on your device.

5. Leaderboards & Fair Play

Our leaderboards showcase the top 100 players per game. To keep competition fair:

• Play honestly – no bots, scripts, or automation
• One player per gamertag (no sharing!)
• We may remove suspicious scores
• Decisions about leaderboard integrity are final

6. Intellectual Property

All games, graphics, sounds, and code on SnackPlays are our property or licensed to us. You can play them, share your results, and tell your friends, but please don't copy, redistribute, or claim them as your own. If you want to feature our games somewhere, just ask – we're usually pretty cool about it!

7. Future Advertising

Currently, SnackPlays is ad-free! In the future, we may display advertisements to keep the service free. When we do, ads will be family-friendly and non-intrusive. We'll update these terms before implementing advertising.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Check out our Privacy Policy to learn how we handle data. Spoiler: We keep it minimal and don't sell your information.

9. Age Restrictions

SnackPlays is designed to be family-friendly, but we follow COPPA guidelines. If you're under 13, please get a parent or guardian's permission before playing. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Disclaimers (The Legal Stuff)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. While we do our best to keep games running smoothly:

• Games might occasionally have bugs
• Scores might be lost if you clear browser data
• We can't guarantee 100% uptime
• Your mileage may vary on different devices

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAYLABS PTE. LTD. AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. This includes lost progress, missed high scores, or time spent procrastinating (though we take pride in that last one).

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as we add new features or games. We'll update the date at the top when we make changes. Continued play means you accept the new terms. Major changes will be announced on the site.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes should hopefully be resolved over a friendly game, but if needed, they'll be handled in the courts of Singapore. By using SnackPlays, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
