SnackPlays is operated by RayLabs Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-registered company ("we," "our," or "us"). We believe gaming should be fun, quick, and worry-free. This privacy policy explains how we handle information when you play our games at snackplays.com (the "Service"). We keep things simple – just like our games!

• Gamertag: The nickname you choose to identify yourself (stored locally on your device)
• Game Data: Your scores, progress, and achievements (stored locally)

• How long you play (we hope it's just right!)
• Where you might get stuck

How We Use Analytics

Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics to understand gameplay patterns and improve our games. This helps us know which games to make more of and which ones need work. Google Analytics operates under the Google Privacy Policy.

Microsoft Clarity

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to see how players interact with our games through heatmaps and session recordings. This helps us identify confusing elements and improve the user experience. No personal information or game content is captured. Learn more at the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Local Storage (Your Device)

Most of your game data stays on your device using browser local storage:

• Your gamertag
• Game progress and high scores
• Daily streak information
• Game preferences

This means your data is yours! But it also means if you clear your browser data or switch devices, your progress won't transfer (yet – we're working on it!).

Leaderboard Data

To foster friendly competition, we maintain leaderboards for our games. Here's how it works:

• Only the top 100 scores per game are stored on our servers
• If you make it to the top 100, we store: your gamertag, score, and date achieved
• All other scores remain on your device only
• You can play anonymously or with any gamertag you choose
• Leaderboard entries are public and visible to all players

Didn't make the top 100? No worries! Your scores are still saved locally so you can track your personal progress.

Sharing Features

When you share your results, we generate a link or image that includes:

• Your gamertag (if you've set one)
• Your score or achievement
• The game you played

You control when and how to share. We don't automatically post anything to social media.

Cookies

We use cookies for:

• Analytics (Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity)
• Remembering your preferences
• Basic site functionality
• Future advertising (when implemented, with your consent)

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features might not work properly.

Future Advertising

Currently, SnackPlays is ad-free! In the future, we may introduce advertisements to keep the games free. When we do:

• We'll update this policy before implementing ads
• Ads will be age-appropriate and family-friendly
• We'll use reputable ad networks that follow privacy standards
• You'll have control over personalized advertising preferences

Children's Privacy

SnackPlays is designed to be family-friendly, but we don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before playing. If we learn we've collected information from a child under 13, we'll delete it promptly.

Since most data is stored locally on your device, you're in control! For the analytics data we do collect, we use industry-standard security measures. We don't store passwords because we don't require accounts.

RayLabs Pte. Ltd. is based in Singapore. By using SnackPlays, you consent to your information being processed in Singapore and other countries where our service providers operate. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for international data transfers.

Changes to This Policy

We might update this policy as we add new features or games. We'll update the date at the top so you know when it last changed. Major changes will be announced on the site.
